Shipping Instructions:
 
Please print the Repair Information Form and enclose it with your equipment.

You are responsible for your equipment's safe arrival at JW Tel-Tronics.  We recommend shipping your equipment to us by UPS or Fedex.  This method gives you a tracking number and proof of delivery.  Optional insurance is available from these carriers up to the replacement value of your equipment.

Please ensure your equipment is packaged properly.  Improper packaging may result in costly equipment damage, and will not be covered by carrier insurance.  We recommend a minimum of least 3-4 inches of packing around all sides of your equipment.  You should remove all protruding items such as rack slides, large lenses or viewfinders before packaging.  Always remove the plastic feet from the bottom of large decks to avoid board damage.   Do not use loose packing peanuts.  We recommend bubble wrap or expanding foam packaging such as Insta-Packs.  Insurance is recommended.
